To be honest, just like you probably do from time to time, I fall of the wagon and find myself neglecting my health. Let’s face it, most of us can relate to that. So if you’ve had a bad day, week or even a year or few, you can always start today.
I love fitness. I have enjoyed lifting weights and strength conditioning since I was 15 years old. I would read and devour all the muscle mags of the day. My inspiration at the time were people like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Lou Ferrigno etc. Of course, I didn’t know then that much of their success was due to copious amount of steroids. I also discovered that my genetics would never allow me to have anything close to the physique I’d imagined in my dreams.
This was disappointing and discouraging to be sure, but it was also a great lesson. I learned that you have to accept and understand what you are gifted with and not focus on what you think you lack. In other other words, you have everything you need to fulfill your destiny. So if you don’t have it, then you don’t need it.
As far as fitness is concerned, it isn’t about attaining someone else’s dream body but having the best body that you can have. And being as fit and healthy as you possibly can.
So with that I hope you find the information I provide useful. I am continually updating the site and trying to make it better.
